3. Return & Replacement Process

  • Contact our support team by email or phone with your order details, issue description and supporting photos or videos if applicable.
  • Once your request is approved, we will coordinate pickup or guide you on how to return the product.
  • After inspection of the returned item, we will process a replacement or refund as per the findings and your preference, subject to product availability.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment or as store credit, as applicable.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider but generally take between 5–10 working days after approval.
  • Shipping charges and COD charges, if any, may be non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrect products supplied by us.

  • Damage caused due to improper installation, misuse, electrical surges or normal wear and tear.
  • Products returned without original packaging, missing accessories or tampered serial numbers.
